OE/Yocto prebuilt toolchains

Get the appropriate OE/Yocto toolchains here, and execute the shell script to install them into (by default) /opt/poky/1.4/. Once that's done, extend your search path to pick up both the cross-compile utilities, and some additional Yocto utilities as well.

For example, this is for the ARM toolchain: 

source /opt/poky/1.4/environment-setup-armv5te-poky-linux-gnueabi
